My fit friend has posted another challenge for me to follow, and I am ready! Are you? The squat challenge made me realize how strong I really am, so I am prepared to BRING IT this month and complete this. No matter how much blood, sweat, tears I have to use (okay, hopefully not blood, but I'm thinking sweat and tears are pretty accurate). Are you ready for this? Who is joining me?
