100 Family movies to watch

I try to limit my kids television but sometimes it doesnt work.  And when I give them the choice of what to watch during family movie night, it usually ends up being the same suggestions over and over.  I found this list a while back and my family is slowly watching our way through it. Some are old, some are new.  Some are for older kids, some are good for young ones, too.  I will say that I make sure to preview the movies first and only show my kids the ones I think are appropriate for them.  My daughter is very sensitive when it comes to scary parts, and even at 5, there are many movies that are too scary for her.  My son at 8, I still shield him from a lot of words and situations.  Use your own discretion and choose movies that are appropriate for your family.  What do you think?  Any favorites of yours on here?  Are any of your favorites missing from this list?  Are there any movies on here that you will not show to your children?  Share your favorites!

I don't see some that we really liked! Arthur and the Invisibles, Matilda, The Care Bears Movie, Stardust, Nancy Drew, Holes, Hoodwinked and Hoodwinked Too, the kids like the Chipmunks movies. Mrs. Doubtfire, Peter Pan. I know there are lots more that I can't think of right now. Oh... The Pirates:Band of Misfits, Tangled, Brave. Journey 2 was cute. We also like to watch Too Cute on Animal Planet!

Since Greg works weekends the kids and I have pizza/movie night every Friday.
