I am lucky enough to be in touch with a local (Southeastern MA) Mommy based business "Your Family".  They are a one stop for all Mommies to be and new Mommies.  They specialize in nanny placement, registry creation, baby proofing, "must have" items for new Moms and babies of all ages, and all other aspects of new Mommyhood.  I honestly wish I had someone like Your Family when I was pregnant with my first born.  Everything is so overwhelming and you don't know how to get everything finished or where to go when trying to make those important decisions.  It helps to have a crew there when you need them, especially one who knows the best things for your baby, from pediatricians to baby gear, to diapers. This comes directly from their facebook page....
