Salads with feta cheese. Authentic feta, from a little italian deli down the street. I put some seasoning, some cucumbers, sometimes some lettuce, some dried cranberries (usually the cherry infused kind) and sometimes I even toss it all in a pita pocket and make it a salad sandwich. Mmm Mmm good!
